I really like this casual look dress, comfortable, chic and easy to match with everything! I got the white color, it is sheer, but I don't think it will bother me at all. And it's on sale! Go get it, you won't regret!!

This is just as the reviews suggested ...Easy and lightweight w/ a great fit. This is just a simple dress that you can pull on and either play down w/ flats or play up w/ pumps. I can toss this into my suitcase and keep it moving. The blouson top is particularly flattering if you don't have the flattest tummy (like me). But the fit of the bottom is tapered so it draws you in and slims you out a bit which for me, being as though I have curves, is great. I got in white b/c I have enuf LBD's. I ordered a medium b/c I'm not busty and I didn't want the top to be too big and blouse over too much which can be unflattering. But I do agree w/ other reviews in that the bottom is VERY, VERY sheer. So either be prepared to just go commando or wear w/ a slip of some kind. But it's an easy fix. This is definitely a keeper.

Great little white dress, which I had purchased it in every color in my size (for the sale price of course!) .. reviews were right .. the ribbed bottom of the white dress is thick enough so you can't see right through (nude underwear is a must thought). Super soft material and the top drapes wonderfully! Love this dress and can't wait to wear it out!

Loved this dress. Bought it on a whim. Someone had said that it is a good dress to wear to work but I don't agree . A little to sexy for work unless you wear tights and a blazer. I plan to wear it to a party. Good fit . Nice buy for a good price.

I love this dress, but I don't know that I'll be able to make it wearable. I got the gray (on clearance) in Large--which I figured wouldn't be a problem, because I'm a curvy size 8 (or even a 10) and Shopbop's size chart has an 8 as a Large. Turns out that as gorgeous as the draping looks, it is both way too loose (especially at the waist--it completely washes out my hourglass figure and falls straight from shoulders to hips, basically) and way too long. The top of the ribbed skirt, which is supposed to hit above the hips, instead hits about 3/4 of the way down my butt--not a good look! I'm 5' 4" and expected the dress to be a little longer than on the model, but nothing like this. Other sites list a Lanston L as size 12-14, which makes much more sense. I'm going to try to take it in, but I wish I'd known just how wrong the sizing chart was.

I just loved the simplified look of this dress. I'm traveling next month and it just appeared to be an easy pull-on style and upon receiving it, I quickly realized how true it is. The draped style slims me out b/c I do have curves and the skirt is tapered so it makes my bottom half appear "slimmer" but it accentuates all the right assets namely my bum. I love that the shoulders fall a bit. But it fits totally true to size. I ordered a size 10 and it's perfect. If you go too large, it would be too much drape and would in turn make you appear larger. But I do agree w/ other reviews read. I ordered the style in white b/c I have tons of lil black dresses and enough gray too. But it is very sheer. The top not so much the bottom definitely is so I think I will have to wear a slip of some sort b/c even w/ a thong, I think it will be too sheer for me and I'm pretty uninhibited. But the dress is super cute, terribly comfy and I'm even consdering ordering in both black and grey ...Just because.

great buy. the front is def sheer as per previous review but fabric is absolutely gorgeous. the drapes of the dress is flattering for many figures!

I am about 5'4, 120lb-ish, 34DD bra, 35" hips and Small fits me perfectly. I bought the black, and on the back above waist is sheer but not too sheer. A blazer will do the trick during the work hour. Looks good with both heels and flats. I am thinking about getting the gray one as well.

Bought this in white. Was skeptical of the ribbed skirting, but it's a nice texture and thick enough to hide everything. The draping of the top is nice but the fabric is very sheer--a flesh-colored bra works. Can be worn day to night, and thrown in luggage. This is a nice basic piece with a twist to have in your wardrobe.

Purchased this in Black in an XS and White in a S. White was too sheer for me, but loved the black. I could probably get by with the XS, but will return for a S for a bit more "give". Great piece for a nice derriere and legs (yet hides my little "panchita" tummy in front), and can also be worn with tights and boots as a base layer for mild winter climates (I'm in Houston). For those wondering sizing, I wear a 29 in J.Brand jeans, am 5'2" and about 115 pounds.
