Silk charmeuse shimmers alongside structured jersey on this unique 3.1 Phillip Lim top. An ornamental sleeve sash drapes around the neck, perfectly matching the functional sleeves. Silk panels trim the sleeves and the back, and ribbed banding finishes the hem and cuffs. Long raglan sleeves.
