cute but returned
After reading the other reviews, I decided to buy the dress in XS. I normally wear size small and I'm 5'5 with 34C....I was very disappointed. The dress was still big and it wore me! Loved the color, print and cut but sadly it didn't flatter me. Returned.

Love parker dresses..ok just bought 2, now im hooked..easy to wear casual or dress it up..I didn't have a problem with the top being too big..I'm 5ft 7 and 34C..i love these dresses....

cute, but did not fit
I bought this on account of all the great reviews, but even the XS was too large for me. (I'm 99 pounds, 5'2") The bodice was oversized, which still would have worked but the flared sleeves were way too large and slightly too long on me. I considered alterations, but it would take a fair bit of reconstruction so I ended up returning the item. It's also short as mentioned in the other reviews (hit me mid thigh) but will be fine with leggings.

Very cute!
This dress is adorable on and engendered many compliments! Only qualm is that I found it to be fairly short (and I'm only 5' 0"!), but I think it would be fine, even for work, with opaque tights.

What can I say, I am in love with this dress. I have ended up purchasing every color it comes in. Although it is a mini dress it is incredibly glamorous and very flattering on. I wear it with tights and looks great with or without a belt.

Boho chic
I wore this recently to an event and never received so many compliments! It's a flowy dress that stands out from the run of the mill LBD. I'm about 5'5" and 105 and the XS dress was a little large on me but the over-sized look added to the charm of the dress. If you're not afraid to stand out, I would recommend this dress to channel your 70's/boho chic vibe!

New Fall Wardrobe Fave!
I love this dress! It is perfect over leggings or tights, with boots or heels, or even over skinny jeans. This can be layered with a cardigan on top, belted, tons of options here. This is my go-to item for the Fall! Love it! Am a 44 yr old stay-at-home mom, 5 ft, 3.5 inches, athletic build with 34D chest. This is short enough to show off my legs, but not too short to be uncomfortable in! I feel stylish without trying too hard!
