Very skinny arms
I adored this dress and coveted it. I tried it on in a store and though I'm a standard size 6, and I know Alice & Olivia fits small, I couldn't even fit into a 10.
The body fits about one size up from your usual size, but the arms are so so so skinny. If you've got very slim arms, this will work for you. If not, then you won't even be able to pull up the dress to your shoulders.

Alice + Olivia Keyhole dress
Had to re-order as the sizing was smaller than advertised. Return and re-order all very smooth and quick. My wife looks fantastic in the dress!

Beautiful
I just wore this to a black tie wedding and got so many compliments. The dress is stunning in person. I usually wear a 2 in A & O, but I got this in a 4 and it fit great.
