Pretty Dress, Couple of Problems
I ordered this dress in size 2 & 4, but neither fit. I'm 5'2", and the dress is just cut too long in the body for a shorter person--the waist and pockets sat too low, on my hips. Even if it had fit better, I'm not sure I would have kept it because of two problems with the design and construction. The pockets are lined w/ a bright pink fabric, and this fabric kind of folds outward and is visible--the pockets don't lie flat. The second problem is the way the armholes are cut in, and sort of square. I don't know if it would fit this way on everyone, but on me it created little blobs of fat in that area were arm meets torso. Not attractive. The floral print is beautiful, and if it fit one's frame like the model in the picture, it would probably be a lovely dress.
