Gorgeous
Wonderful shorts, the denim was so soft and the print gorgeous. Unfortunately I had to send them back as they were too big for me.

super comfy summer shorts
i went back and forth on whether to purchase these, since i have a pair that's similar but pretty cheap looking, but i'm definitely happy i made the purchase. i'm usually a size 28 in j brand, but i was concerned about getting the fit slouchy enough so i ordered up to a 29 - good move. the 28s would have been fine but wouldn't have looked as casual as they do on the model. i'm giving them 4 stars because even though they're really great summer cut offs, they still strike me as a bit much for what they are (even though i waited til they were on sale).

On Trend And Well Tailored
They are just as they look in the photo; great quality, the waist of them sits on hip. I'm small in waist wider in hip and small in thigh, and they suit that body shape well. I don't fill them in totally so the only consdieration would be that if you have that body type, they have no spandex-lycra in them so they don't fit tight, i.e., room in the leg. They are absolutely on-trend (short-cut off jean shorts) and still 'appropriate'. The stars are really, perfectly subtle.

Perfect summer shorts!
I'm generally a 27/28 (5'1" and about 120-125 lbs) and bought the 28s. They're a little oversized, which I like in a short, so they're perfect for me. Very short - so, just like the other reviewer said, not for those who are shy about their thighs! These are just as comfy as the 12 year old cutoffs I wear constantly as well.

Cute Shorts
I found them to true to my normal J brand size for me. They are short but cute. Like the star design, noticeable but also subtle, different to just regular denim without being in ya face!

I would recommend dropping a size down, I'm normally a 28 so I would say for these go a 27 or even 26. But super cute, I love the star look!

the shorts are very cute! the colour is lighter than it appears in the picture and is very thin... i ordered the size 25 which is my usual size in any brand. but i think 24 will probably fit better.

Great summer staple
Like most J Brand cut-offs, these are very short, so not for the shy! The wash is slightly darker than in the picture and the stars sort of fade into the fabric as the wash gets darker so they are slightly subtle. Overall these shorts are really cute and look like the "ideal" denim cut-offs. I ordered my usual J Brand size and they fit fine in the waist.
