Designer
Designer James Perse found his calling in fashion when he designed the perfect baseball cap and sold it in his father's LA boutique. When movie directors wanted the caps for their cast and crew and record labels wanted them for tours, he decided to launch the James Perse collection. Perse next worked on creating the perfect T-shirt, and today is known for an array of luxe jersey essentials including dresses, tanks, and pants with a nod to the casual Southern California lifestyle.

This is classic James Perse. Sexy, comfortable, well fitting, divine. Problem is you must have a t-shirt bra on or you are exposing some may-jah see-throughness to the world. I love the whole "Flashdance" ease of this piece, and great with a boyfriend jean and ankle boots.

I got this top at a department store but thought I should review it since I love it so much. It is very stylish and elegant. I tried both a 0 and 1 and got the 0 based on the fit around the shoulders. I am small boned and 95lbs and either 0 or 1 in James Perse depending on style and fit.

I love this top. Couldn't really justify the price tag at first, but glad I bought it. The material is high quality and soft. Not as see-through as I would have thought. True to size: 5"6, 135 pounds and bought a 2.
