This vest-style waist corset features a hidden 3-button front closure and leather-trimmed welt pockets. Rounded bottom hem at front and notched top hem at back. Boning at front and back. Lined.

Designer

At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.

Favorite Shopbop purchase
The Alexander Wang corset vest is one of the most flattering piece of apparel I own. It flatters your waist and chest in a femine delicate style. It's definately sexy and stylish on top of ANY loose blouse, tank top, shirt or tight dress. I highly recommend this clothing piece if you want to make a fashion statement.
