I ordered my usual SMALL and it fits perfect. Oh my gosh this dress is a stunner and no wonder it is so pricey. You must have a nice figure to pull this off without spanx. The dress is unbelievable. The bottom part of the dress is very sheer, but the top part is lined so no need to worry about anything showing. I am 5'6'' and 122lbs, 34b, the small fit like a glove. Would def recommend.
