a bit high on the sides!
I am usually an S and the S it fitted nicely, i love love love the cap sleeves. I ordered the Caribbean Blue and the colour is beautiful but does stain, so definitely wash before wearing! The only thing i would say about this top is that even though the high or exaggerated sides are a feature, unless you are comfortable showing a bit of side flesh, you may feel a bit self conscious wearing this top as you could show a bit of muffin top (depending on the height of the waist of your pants/skirt/short)! I wore it with a black singlet underneath and it was perfect! I received a lot of compliments on the colour!

Flattering but needs wash before wear
This top is flattering on. I am 34dd, 5'3"', usually a US 6 in jackets, and I ordered a small and a medium. I am usually a small in tees and that was true here as well, the medium was a little sacklike. I just wish it was not a polyester blend since it may get hot in the summer but will keep it anyway. It is a little sheer but looks fine with a nude bra. The blue color is very pretty. I made the mistake of wearing this before washing, even though the tags state to do so, and it left blue dye on my bra and sweater. Hopefully this won't be a problem after washing.
