I truly love UGGs. They are amazingly comfortable. A quick guide - ugh boots are meant to be tight when first purchased - of course you should have enough room length-wise, but they will be a tight in width. The sheepskin fur will soften and go flat, which is why they should be snug when purchased. I bought the black and they are lovely. Another note - I have seen on many other websites complaints that they are not waterproof. - DUH, they are sheepskin. UGGs were originally designed as a warm boot for wearing at home or, in Australia, the boot of choice for surfies. Not really for rain and snow (although I have worn uggs as a snow boot in the past). They are great for cold non-rainy days or around the house. I did not actually buy mine from Shopbop because of shipping restrictions. The UGG website charges $90-110 for shipping to Australia. I bought mine from Victoria's Secret ($38.99 shipping for these boots). I was pretty happy seeing that Aussie stores charge so much!

i do not know why the shoe which is civilians price sale on shopbop is not to ship to outside of US. the reason is no package box. Maybe the limited sale policy of law, so i through MYUS to transship the shoes. It really tossing. but the shoes was good, although i paid more money for transshipped. size is okey, colour is i like.

This was the first pair of Uggs that I bought. I LOVE them!!

These are so great and comfy. They also go so well with leggings and skinnies although I must admit that the lack of support in the construction of the sole sometimes hurts my feet if I walk a lot. But that goes for a lot of ballet flats, flip flops that are not fashioned to provide that kind of support.

How did the people who live in UK and Norway get these boots as the company won't ship outside of the USA? Or is this a recent (price fixing) exclusion?

I live in Australia and it wont ship to Australia. The brand is called uGG Australia..is that right? NO, and I can't buy the uGG brand in Australia without coping massive prices

My niece's first pair of UGGS. She is in love with them and swears she'll never wear them in inclement weather. I said it's OK, they are built to last.
