One of the screws was missing on the name plate at the front of the bag. I love Marc Jacobs, but this not the quality I expect from the brand. However, the customer service from Shopbop was exceptional and I will be using this service again.

Great bag! Goes with everything, got it in hazelnut, going to get it in black. It's small, but enough for a lipstick, phone, keys & a small wallet, good for travelling with a supply bag, good for day & night. Thanks MJ!

Pretty Bag!!!
Love this bag - I have used it everyday since buying.. A little pricey but that is MJ. It looks so cute and perfect for outings - don't have to worry about a purse on your shoulder. Fits cell, wallet, keys and some makeup! LOVE IT and go so many compliments - got the color Blush
