Great boots, but don't size up!
DO NOT size up in these boots. I'm not sure if the fit has changed since they first came out, but I am always a 6/36 and purchased these in size 36 and they fit well, maybe even a bit big if I am wearing tights or thinner socks. Buy your true size, and if you are between sizes I would recommend going with your smaller one unless you only plan to wear them with thicker socks or plan to put in an insole.
Leather quality is great, construction is great and they are comfortable and look fabulous. I have very skinny ankles/calves and these have some extra room but don't look ridiculous even with skirts and tights. Highly recommend!

Order your size, not a half size larger
These DO NOT run larger than expected... at least not for me. I'm glad I didn't listen to the other reviewers and ordered my regular size. These boots are great. Expensive, but worth it.

I was looking for these shoes a really long time because they are a little bit expensive. But I'm happy with them and wear them a loooot! They always look classy...
I have bought the black ones and they are on the smaller side. Normally I wear a 6 oder 36 but because of the reviews before I decided for 36.5 and that was right.

Sadness...
I wanted to love these, I wanted them to be my HG black booties. But it just didn't happen. Out of the box they look great- quality leather, sturdy stacked heel, back zip. I am 5'7" and when I tried walking any small distance in these, the shaft would rub up against the back of my lower calf, above my ankle. Its a very irritating feeling and I don't have short legs so I'm really curious how everyone else deals with that, unless everyone reviewing has model-long legs? I love the height, but this and the straight cut of the shaft with the height/pitch is just not flattering for my legs. I have to send them back - begrudgingly.

Before I ordered, I worn them in a local store to find my right size and I decided to go up with 1/2 size. My normal size(37) was little bit tight. So, if you want to wear them more comfortably, I recommend you to go up with 1/2 size.

I couldnt decide which size to order. I have read almost all reviews and noticed a lot of people wear thick socks with these boots and that is why they suggest to go 1/2 size up. Some reviewers said they are TTS if you dont wear them. As I normally wear thin socks and having measured my foot to identify my japanese size I purchased my normal size and I am so happy I did so! I am always EUR 38, UK 5 and my japanese size is 24.5cm. Well, these boots are not only TTS but I could even wear them with fleece lined tights and they still fit good. So if you are not in between sizes or you dont normally wear thick socks dont size up! As for the quality I was expecting much nicer leather for this price (i got in black). They are very comfortable boots, soft inside and go with everything, i mean everything! But the leather just doesnt look as expensive as it does on my other designer leather boots. I will wear these a lot but not sure I would want to try them in another color as I thought before.

These are amazing boots. Period. I have them in two colors now. They dress up or down, are so comf and have held up/worn in really well.
