love these. they're very comfortable and will be very versatile. i took others' advice and ordered up half a size - i normally wear a 9.5 and the 40 fits perfectly.

I order one size bigger as suggested by other reviews, turnout, it might fit me more if I have my original size. But the current size is still ok to me. The shoes are very comfortable, especially when compared with other brand Convxxxx,! Will get another colour!

Dreamed a year of these before to get!
Because they look so charming and vintage (on my own oppinion), very stylish!
I ordered in white colour and know already so many ways I'm going to wear them, with what, in which combinations etc. Very comfortable, the size is very true (38).

Shopbop has an amazing delivery time - I ordered these (with some jeans as well) on a Friday night, they were delivered by the time I got home from work on Monday night. So impressive!
The shoes are cute - I bought them with the intention of using them for walking around cities when I'm traveling overseas (everyone tells me to wear sneakers but this is about as close as I will get to them...) however I've been breaking them in before I go away. I bought them in grey (Gris Moyen) and they're really cute with little sundresses + black skinny jeans which is what I've done so far!
Very sweet, will probably buy them in some other colours eventually!

I can't decide if I want to keep these. the cap on the toe is kind of big and it is a little distracting. I like the color, I bought the darker grey color. However I wish I had bought the slip on version in Coquille. I think the lighter color would not emphasize the toe cap so much. They did not have my size though.

Cute shoe but needs help
I had to send the first pair, a size 38, back as my toes were right up to the end. ( I typically wear a 7-1/2 or 8). Second pair, 39, a bit sloppy. The sole on these is unexpectedly thin, so much so that a pair of flipflops would offer better support. Factor in the cost of a pair of gel insoles to make them even remotely wearable... wishing I'd actually gotten athletic shoe insoles instead of just street shoe gels. But the added insoles made the shoe fit better overall.
Still, really cute shoe. I like them better than Converse but they are not as supportive as my Simple sneakers.

old favorites/ colour not as expected
when these shoes arrived they were not the colour i originally expected, however after a couple of washes they were great and soon became the old favorites , i love bensimon shoes so these are what i wanted , if you are not used to them they can be a bit wide and/or flat.

Great casual sneaker!
I was thinking about buying a pair of Converse, but honestly once you're into your 30s and have a child, that hipster look is hit or miss. Bensimon is a nice alternative. Casual but chic. I got the beige color and I'm very happy with it. I will probably wear them with no socks; they'd look nice with leggings, shorts or skirts. If you're inbetween sizes, then I would recommend sizing up. I'm a true size 6, 5.5 is tight and 6.5 is loose. 6 will fit me perfectly once I break them in.
