Inspired by NYC's eclectic mix of people and neighborhoods, designer Ling Chen combined her unique imagination with her training at Parsons to create we are owls scarves, a collection designed to go beyond accessorizing and practicality to become a reflection of emotions. pretty pattern, looks cheap
i had really high expectations for this scarf based upon the look and price. it is really pretty in person pattern-wise but just looks cheap. i honestly have scarves that i bought on the street of NY that are this level of quality. sent it back same day, really bummed.
