Runs very small
I got a size 39, but I usually wear 37. The size 39 fit me like a 37.5.
Looks great, the leather is a bit stiff but it should be okay after a few wears.

Need to soften them in
I loved these boots so much in the pictures and decided to splash out on them. They just arrived and the shoe part fits well but they are very tight around the middle/top of my calf, making them quite hard to get on and take off. They have internal pull loops on the inside but they are too far down to use fingers so you need proper boot hooks and I think for the price they should have provided a pair with the boots. This is the reason I've taken off a star. They do have a stiff, plastic-y look/feel but I think this is the nature of the patent leather and as they are completely leather, they will soften up and stretch a little with wear. As I love them so, I will keep them and hopefully after a few wears I will have a gorgeous pair of boots that have moulded perfectly to me!
