This wool midi skirt features a contrast, pleated peplum. Slant hip pockets and welt back pockets. Extended-tab, hook-and-eye closure and hidden zip at side. Wrap detail at front. Lined at back.

Designer

Though they first met at the age of 18, Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi did not begin designing together until they worked on a collaboration with British designer Helen Story in 1996. Shortly after the project, they launched Preen, a collection of one-off pieces sold from a tiny boutique on Portobello Road. Since then, the brand has grown, catching the eye of major fashion magazines and spotted on celebrities like Kate Moss and Chloe Sevigny.

great fit and classy
A skirt like this had been on my wish list for years since my last maxi skirt I loved died and when this one came up as available with an extra 20% off - I could not resist. I was a bit nervous about the fit as I am a classic pear shape and wide at hip. The fit was perfect, it is comfortable, classy and hides my tummy. The length is also perfect for me and not too short or long for my age and height (160 cm). It is a stand out - many people commented that they really liked the skirt when I wore it - young and older males and females. The material is solid and makes it sit well and also warm. The colours are vivid and desirable. Overall a great skirt.
