Designer
Designer James Perse found his calling in fashion when he designed the perfect baseball cap and sold it in his father's LA boutique. When movie directors wanted the caps for their cast and crew and record labels wanted them for tours, he decided to launch the James Perse collection. Perse next worked on creating the perfect T-shirt, and today is known for an array of luxe jersey essentials including dresses, tanks, and pants with a nod to the casual Southern California lifestyle.

For me the perfect casual tee! Nice material, flattering cut, holds it shape after washing.

Nice staple tee. A little too sheer for my taste though. You really can't see in the picture here how thin the fabric is. I was hoping for something I could wear on its own. This piece, in my opinion, is mostly for layering.

Sheer White Tee
I sent this back because although I love James Perse, it was too sheer. If you are skinny and wear a cami underneath it is ok. I decided to get another James Perse style - also a bit too long for my torso as I am short and prefer a shorter style

Very Thin & Sheer
This T-Shirt is body-hugging, made of very thin semi-sheer material.
I usually purchase size 1 in James Perse, but the size 1 in this T was very body-hugging, second-skin-like, not as loose as it is on the model.

Another great top by James Perse
Love the material, love the color- it is true to the photo. I am usually a 1 or 2 in JP and ordered a 1 because I wanted a more fitted look. Not disappointed!
