Okay swivy shorts
I own 3 pairs of swivy shorts & swear by them, but this pair didn't impress me. I wear a 28 in this brand, but a 28 in this pair fit a tad big. So I returned.

Great, easy shorts
I love these shorts, they are super comfortable and soft. The only thing is they run pretty big. I normally wear a 25 and sometimes a 24. I bought a 24 as I knew they ran big, but with these shorts I really could have used a 23. But I am definitely going to keep them as the 23s are sold out everywhere. I can wear them low or higher on my waist. These will be a staple all summer long.
