Doesn't sit right on the chest

From going on the dimensions of the model and size I bought an XS. However the triangles are quite small and didn't sit right on me, they just bunched at the bottom elasticsted seam attaching it to the dress and I have to keep on adjusting and stretching the triangle out to make it sit properly.

Blu Moon Maxi

This dress is very floaty and swishy to wear. I am pretty small so it drapes on the ground a little unless I wear a wedge shoe. It has a flattering shape. I found I need to wear a singlet underneath as coverage in the front is minimal. It looks fine this way. This is a lovely dress.
