Fun short!
These shorts are a lot of fun! I love clothes you can dress up and dress down. These shorts add class to a t-shirt and sandals, but more importantly they look amazing when dressed up. I'm 5'9" and my favorite feature to show off is my legs. With a heel on these shorts my legs looks scrumptiously delicious. The slit on the side is scandalous and I love every bit. I did have to go up a size as these sit on the biggest part of my waist. So instead of a 6 I went with an 8. I've had to do this now with most alice + olivia products. I need these in black!!

Spring/Summer Staple
My only regret is that I did not purchase these sooner! These are quality shorts and the "flutter" makes them flirty and more feminine than the shorts you see around town. Love the way the material moves when I walk and that these can be dressed up or down.

Flirty and fun!
I bought this winter after eyeing all summer...finally pulled the trigger and so glad I did! They are a bit short on the sides/back given the flutter effect, but they are perfect with a pair of tights and heels, and I'm looking forward to wearing them come summer. The material also lays nicely and has a pretty sheen to it without being too shiny.

Cute short, good wardrobe staple
I ordered these shorts in a size 2 after reading all reviews saying they had to downsize.
I am 5'10 and a slim build and usually wear sz 4 so downsized, as advised by others.
I am sending the 2 back for the sz 4 as the 2 were too short and a little tight on the waistband, which made the shorts sit too high.
I would recommend staying at your normal size if you are tall for this style of short.
I love the navy and think I'll get a lot of wear out of them. A good, simple wardrobe staple.
