Totally different in different colors.
The gray fabric in this dress is soft, thin, and hangs drapily and really well. The black fabric, and I'm assuming the neon as well, is not soft jersey at all. It's just regular cotton, like something you'd find in American Apparel. It's not stiff or anything, but it just doesn't have a drapey, JERSEY feel to it and therefore does not look nearly as cute as the gray. I washed it to make sure that it just wasn't stiff from being ironed or something, but it's just not that cute in black. Blurgh.

I ordered the dress in black and I really love it! The dress is nice and flattering, with or without any belt. It can be dressed up or down and it is a good basic, for a nice price. So I think I will order the grey one too :)

I am really pleased with this little dress! I got it in gray. It can be dressed up or down, and looks good as a dress worn with sandals, or with leggings and boots in colder weather. Very versatile and great for travel.

Great Basic Dress
I ordered this dress because I don't often wear dresses and it has been an excellent addition to my wardrobe. The black is great because it's casual, but can be easily dressed up with great jewelry and heels.

There's nothing really special about this dress, but it's a great everyday piece for the price. I bought it in black and find that it works equally well dressed down or up with the right accessories. Good price for a basic.

Perfecct casual dress
Looks great w/ a belt and boots! I got black and want the gray one now. Great to throw on if you're feeling blah, but still want to look cute w/o much effort. I'm 6'0" tall and the M was long enough for me.

Easy Throw-on Dress
Love this dress! Will probably end up getting the black one too.
Once I tried it on, I never took it off. Super comfy, easy and versatile. Wore it with tights and booties last night and motorcycle boots and a sweater today.
Some reviews said the top is oversized but I don't think so. The sleeves have a dolman effect, but not so much that it's awkward to wear a jacket or sweater over the dress.
