The look is definitely stylish but looks way better in the picture. As soon as you open the box you'll be drowned in the chemical smell. Then going more in detail, they finishing is terrible. It is heavy, very rubbery and the staining of the boots is not even worth mentioning how bad it is. It definitely does not worth the price. It looks like something you can buy for 300RMB in China.

These boots had the look I wanted but I found them to be very heavy. Living in NYC requires a walkable boot and these just don't do it. I felt like I had cement blocks strapped to my ankles after a while so I had to return them. And the search for the perfect moto boot continues...

But with chafing and possibly blisters, if you're not careful. These boots are made for walking, though they are a little loose on me (ordered 6, true size 5.5) and caused some chafing. The left foot was relatively unscathed, though some minor chafing did occur later. The right food suffered an Achille's tendon breakdown where at the end of a 5 block walk, I was almost hobbled. Luckily, I always carry a Band-Aid anti-blister stick, neosporin, and "tough" flexible Band-Aids, so I was able to tend to the wound before it escalated into something ugly. For this issue, minus a star. Otherwise, once broken in, they will be super fantastic and versatile. As a low brow marriage between Frye engineer boots and Westwood bondage boots, they are somewhat unstructured, so the front "tongue" of the boot may flop open a little. Just punch some more holes in the wrap around strap, and you'll be good. I'll probably wear these into the ground. I hope JC keeps them in rotation 4ever.

Cannot get enough of these boots. So comfy..perfect with leggings or skinny jeans. These came last week and I've worn them for 8 straight days. They are sold out everywhere but shopbop delivers again. Thanks!

So I had been eyeing these gorgeous boots for awhile before I finally decided to get them. I bought both the 7s and the 8s to see which ones I liked better given the mixed reviews on sizing. I usually like my boots to fit a little looser so I can wear thicker socks so I ended up keeping the 8s. The 7s were much too snug (I'm usually a 7.5 in heels, etc). The rugged details on the boots are gorgeous and they look adorable with leggings, skinnies and skirts alike. My one gripe is that the heel can rub on the inside but it's nothing a little blister guard can't fix. And yes, the front tongue will flop down every now and again but again, just tighten the buckle. A note, the gold hardware details are not quite as bright/shiny as in the picture above. All in all, LOVE! Will be a nice addition to my Minneapolis winter wardrobe.

U need them for a young and hip look, and they go with anything, from skinny jeans to floral dress. I love the roughness chic. The heel is made by wood, it wears off after walking. I expect this bootie will last for about 3 years.

Love them so much. True to size, but roomy. Comfortable, but I got a few blisters while wearing them for the first time. Need breaking in actually.
