Poor packaging - ruined the necklace
I absolutely love this necklace. It is a great piece to pair with a lot of dresses however the packaging was extremely poor.
I was expecting a necklace of this style to be bubble wrapped and at least come with maybe a dust bag. I received the item in a plastic bag with the necklace overlapped on itself. Due to the poor packaging it has a lot of scratches on it.
I will keep it because I love the style and it is not worth the shipping cost back to USA.
