a jersey material with substance
i appreciate the weight of this material. i was expecting something akin to cotton jersey, but this dress has a more stretchy heavier weight jersey feel. i was worried about the open back and not being able to wear a bra, but the dress (in addition to being a heavier material) is double lined through the bodice. while not offering support, it does a good job of making me look neat. i also have small breasts and it miraculously didn't flatten me out. it's a cute dress with a retro feel in a modern, sturdy material.
