Covered in subtly printed haircalf, these updated chelsea boots from Alexander Wang have a cantilever cutout on the stacked heel. A leather pull-tab and hidden elastic gores make these easy to wear. Leather sole.

Designer

At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.

Gorgeous, but too small!
These boots look great. I love the subtle animal print on the haircalf, the notched heel, and the shape of the toe. I had really been looking forward to receiving them. I imagined them under dark skinny jeans with a blazer on top. I ended up returning them because they ran too small. I'm typically a US 8/38 and my foot is medium width, but these were just a bit too snug in the 38. A 38.5 would have been perfect.

Comfortable, Stylish--Great with a Dress
These shoes are really attractive, well made, comfortable & I've already worn them a bunch. They have a very faint animal print pattern that looks even prettier in person. They fit very true to size & are easy to put on with that back tongue. They are the perfect look with opaque tights and a dress. They aren't too great with skinny jeans because the opening is pretty narrow. The jeans tend to scrunch up. So either with a dress and tights, leggings or under jeans.
