Not what I expected
I'm only 5'4 so I was looking forward to getting the jeans but was apprehensive as some reviews said they were flimsy material. I love free people but these pants where way too short, even on some like me who's not very tall. They were true to size although I have small calves and they were pretty snug. The material felt soft but had to send them back. Still waiting for my refund.

Great Color
The color and fit is great. I generally take a 27 and wish I had ordered the 28 (I am 5'2'' and 103 lbs), but I didn't want to return them in case the 28 was too large. They have just enough stretch to hug and accentuate curves so they they are very flattering. They are not ankle crops on me due to my height, but I wanted pants. I have been looking for emerald pants for months and am so glad i found these!

Cute jeans!
These jeans are adorable, and the color is fantastic!
They are not the most amazingly constructed, though - they arrived with threads hanging from a bunch of different seams.
Great buy on sale.

Great Color, Poor Quality
Be warned that the quality of these jeans is poor. I have another pair of FP pants and thought I'd give this one a shot. I washed them gentle cycle, hang to dry before I wore them and the tag fell off in the wash! I would return these but unfortunately, it's not worth it due to the duties I already paid. A great color, though, it's a great transitioning piece. The waist is a bit snug and doesn't have a lot of stretch so if you're in between sizes, it's something to think about. I love the zippered detail on the bottom of the leg.

these are cute but a stretch out easily in the knees, but the addition of the zippers is super cute
they also faded in the wash a little bit

Won't Last More Than a Few Days
PROS: - Brilliant shade of green. A little brighter than the picture. Definitely eye catching but wearable in casual-chic ensembles.
CONS: - The material isn't very durable. The cotton feels woven loosely, on par with some cheap skinny Pacsun/Bullhead jeans I used to buy. So like my old jeans, I feel this material will lose its shape very quickly, making this a very bright colored ill-fitting trouser.
BOTTOM LINE: Returned. This is a great looking pant the first time that you wear it, but the fabric will lose its shape after a handful of wears; I wouldn't pay $88 for what is essentially a disposable jean.

Was looking for a nice shade of green jeans and found these! Love the color! So comfortable - feel like jeggings! I'm 5'4" so they actually reach to my ankles which I prefer. Great buy!
