The bag is not in new condition
I'm very dissapointed when I got my bag because it's full with scratches in metal detailers + it is little bit dirty and not as fresh as normally new bag use to be. And the bag also coming without dustbag. Where is the dust bag? I just dont understand why Shopbop can send to me secondhand bag when I paid for the new one? Just because I live in Finland and we must pay the return cost with our own money & it's so expensive so we have no choice than keep the bag, whatever it condition is?
