Great shoes & excellent service!
I ordered a pair for my mom and went on to get the 2nd pair for myself. Absolutely good quality and workmanship, and they are extremely comfy as well.

Small but stretchy
I bought these shoes in white and received them a week ago. They were too small even though I bought them in my usual size AU10 or 40 but I have a wider foot than most. They have a bit of stretch though so with a bit of wear they are almost my size now but still a bit tight. A cute slipper that goes nicely with jeans and a casual top.

Wish they'd come in half sizes
I am a consistent 38.5 with a slim-medium foot. Per instructions I'd ordered up to a 39. Guess the heel strap is cut short and engineered to push your foot forward and secure it in place. Sadly, in the 1/2 size longer 39, the heel-strap push created a snowshoe effect. An unbecoming sole length (the extra 1/2 size plus the push of the strap) protruded from under my heel. At the same time, the short strap cut into my heel and hurt.
I liked the style enough to exchange for a 38. The length is exact without a hair to spare. Yet again, the heel strap is a killer. This pair is currently at my cobbler's. Since I don't like pain or blisters, I had tasked her with breaking-in / stretching the heel strap. We'll see...
Still, this is a nice pair of sandals, well made, simple and classic.
Gave it three stars for whole-sizes only sizing and the heel-strap design blunder.

I just got mine in the pink color. They are SO cute and they are now my go-to shoes. I am a true 7,5 and I ordered the 38 like the Shopbop instructions and Customer service woman told me.

comfy and fun and beautifully made
I have wanted a pair of these shoes since my sister brought some home from Spain. I was so excited to see them at shopbop and to find them on sale! I have a narrow foot and they were a tight squeeze, but all leather and so moulded very well to the shape of my foot. They are resilient, soft, and when you drop guacomole on your foot -- they don't stain! Love these shoes!

Very Chic
I loved these shoes, sadly I had to return them because the right one would not stay on my foot. I ordered 1/2 size larger as the other reviews recommended and the left one was fine but not the right....

Cute
Like the yellow color. Got me some blister first time wearing it but then it was ok. It's a simple design. Would go well with a cotton maxi.
