These shoes are absolutely perfect! I am a true 8.5 and ordered the 8.5 shoe, they fit perfectly with or without socks. It's somewhat true that the wooden heel is a little rough to the touch, and the laces will probably have to be replaced somewhere down the line (they are slightly rough and rigid). However, for the cost, these small drawbacks are hardly worth considering. These shoes are SOOOOO comfortable. I want to wear them all the time. And they look cute with everything. Buy them before they're gone! You won't regret it!
