It's not genuine leather upper, which for this price, not quite reasonable, and they have strong dis-pleasant odor.

I'm 100% sure that the pair I received is not the one here shown...Such a disappointment lately shopping at Shopbop...I assumed it was due to the Holiday season rush and crush for the website that I received 2 orders of different items instead of the merchandise i actually ordered in the same week... For you all who're enticed by how it looks here in the picture, with the experience from years of being a general designer denim wearer, it was a high rise boot cut pair in the same shade and wash which is I suppose one of the ones they've put on sale... I hope as of the rising of popularity that Shopbop is gaining, they are capable of providing constant quality service simultaneously.

First time purchase a pair of Pencey denim, and Love love love it! Fits perfectly, easy to be dressed up or down! The fabric is so comfortable just like the Current/Elliott denim fabrics! To me these shorts fits sexier than other denim shorts I own.
