I wanted to like this book - I really did! I always have grand ideas of being crafty and making my own DIYs that look spectacular. I think the ideas were good in theory but I wasn't 100% about the execution. They are some neat ideas like how to make your own faux fur vest but some other ideas were a little silly like the necklace made with stockings and rubber balls. Though at the price there's nothing lost in giving the book a go if you're into your DIY - the projects are simple enough to do and there are some interesting ideas.

I'm a size 6 AUS and I found these boots true to size maybe even a touch tight (I bought the size 6). I do have quite a high arch and in some boots I do find I need to size up to a 6.5/37. The quality of the boot is good and heel height very comfortable. They do pinch a tiny bit on my toes but I'm hoping they will break in after a few wears. However, after the numerous fantastic reviews, I didn't find them as flattering on me as everyone else has in their reviews. I have quite short legs and a long torso and I find they cut me off at the ankles a bit. I prefer boots with a slightly wider ankle opening as they seem to be more flattering on me (but maybe it's just because I have chunky calves!)

This skirt is very cute and and the leather doesn't appear too fake. I'm normally a 28 in jeans and went with a US 6 and it fits perfectly high on my waist. It is quite short but I'm only 5'2 so that isn't an issue for me.

Great knit - I've been hunting high and low for the perfect soft, black scoop neck knit and have found it. Perfect for loosely tucking into bright coloured skinny jeans. It is on the exxy side so I'm hoping this knit will last a while in terms of quality.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this top. It is the perfect light knit with just enough thickness to give it the perfect amount of drape. I wear it tucked loosely in the front with jeans. The only thing I wished for was for the scoop neck to be slightly lower but I think this is just personal preference.

These jeans are great. I'm 5'2 125pounds/57kg and usually a size 28 in most jeans and a 29 in Cheap Monday jeans. I sized down to a 27 and they are a perfect comfy fit. The high/mid rise is fantastic and the length is just right with heels without me needing to hem them. They do stretch our a little but not enough to go baggy on me yet.

Love this bag - however I fiind it slightly heavy compared to my other bags. The pebbled leather is amazing and I don't find it too hard to find things given the bags depth. Definitley a classic bag that will wear well with age.

I bought this bag in the red and I love it. I usually get black bags so this was a huge change for me! It's a true bright red and has a slight shiny glaze to the leather. This does make it quite full on and bright under lights. It's definitely not a subtle bag when it's in the the red with the gold hardware but that's why I love it.

Simply gorgeous top! Like other reviewers have said it is quite delicate but the quality of the materials make up for that. I'm a US 6 and bought a small which is a perfect fit for me - it's a little slouchy which is perfect for hiding my tummy.
