I purchased this item anticipating wearing for Spring. It's a great lightweight piece, unlined, that easily layers over a T-shirt. One detail I hadn't noticed is that the seams are sewn together so that the excess sticks out (zoom in on the back and shoulder seams to see this), it does makes it look a bit more casual than anticipated. The leather is matte/unfinished and non-shiny so I also anticipate that spills or rain could soak in and cause staining, compared to a smoother leather. Sizing: When I purchased this item, the details tab stated that "Sizing is in UK". I therefore purchased a 10, assuming it was a UK10/US6. The jacket arrived with tags stating UK14/US10 and fit as such. I have called Shopbop and reported this, so hopefully the instructions for sizing will be changed on the web. I'm actually between a US8-10, chest 36D and was hoping to squeeze into the smaller size, but when the jacket turned out to be a US10 it fit perfectly, so I would say that sizing is on target.

Purchased a bit larger than I normally would just to make sure these weren't stretching too much over my bum and looking sheer. I am normally between a curvy 28-29 in jeans and ordered a Large. It fits perfectly, and doesn't show through. I am pleased that these are made in USA. One note - there is a small embroidered circle with the brand name on the lower left leg near the hemline which makes them seem more like workout wear to me - something to note if you wanted them for a more dressy purpose and don't plan to wear boots taller than the detail.

Very pleased with the unique design. The color seemed a bit less defined than I had expected, the stone looks green to me in some light and blue in others and one of my pieces is slightly duller in color than the other - always a difficulty with natural variation/luck of the draw I suppose, but I still think that at this high price the pieces should be more carefully matched. The backs are large white rubber disks, actually very soft rubber, which actually seems to be very stable and makes the earrings comfortable. If I wanted to wear my hair up I might swap them for backs from another pair since the large white backs are more noticeable.

IMO the material is great and so is the cut - I am between a 28 and 29 in conventional sizing and went with a 29. It definitely took lots of gently tugging, shimmying, and struggling to get them pulled up, but they stretch quite a bit. Very difficult to zip - I actually PUT THE ORANGE SHOPBOP ENVELOPE BETWEEN MY SKIN AND THE ZIPPER to PROTECT against any PINCHING as I closed the zipper - worked great!! (Thanks to the other reviewer who admitted to using a shoehorn for the same purpose - totally brilliant!!!) Once zipped, I folded the zipper-pull downwards to lock and it stayed up securely. The only issue is that the pants don't have a completely stitched inner waistband - its only tacked down in two places inside and one of the tacks has popped out as I sat down - now the waistband rides up and bunches on the side - something to get fixed at the tailors but should have been better constructed.

These are quite light and easy to wear. It takes an extra minute to thread the backs through ears, but I like the effect and they didn't seem to work their way out or come loose. I liked the contrast against my dark hair and the lengthening shape.

I liked the look of these pants. They run a little smaller than the corduroy pants by the same brand (I think the cords actually run a bit large) - so, I would say these are true to contemporary sizing, but just a little less stretchy than other Blank items I own.

I ordered the dark grey color. Fabric is disappointingly thin and sheer, holding it up to the light you can see right through! I am returning since I intended to wear these as sweats and don't want to worry about ensuring my shirt always reaches past my bum as would be mandatory. Otherwise very soft and drapes well.

These fit great and are the perfect shade of chocolate brown. The length of these was perfect, but because my feet are narrow I was sloshing around a bit width-wise. For comfort, I added in Dr. Scholl's insoles and still didn't need to size up, that fixed the issue. I like the idea of wearing these with skinny jeans before its too warm out - it sort of balances out the skinny-jean silhouette.

I am so impressed by how well the arch on these wedges fit my foot! As a result they are quite comfortable and the wood is not too heavy (though still not as light as a cork wedge). The rubber coating on the bottom is nice so they don't clack too loudly while walking. I have a slim foot, so I had no problem getting them on and the straps fit pretty well.

Somehow I completely misread the description and thought the cords were leather. They are not, and although it lays well and is a nice design, taupe cords seem like they could pick-up makeup, so I'm returning my order. :(
