Go smaller size. Can't say much more regarding fit as it was just too big.

The shine on these is a lot more muted than expected, not something I minded. They're on the smaller side. I normally take a 26 in J Brand and they're a bit roomy, which I like. These ones I initially worried I wouldn't be able to sneak into but I did and they fit well without being uncomfortably tight. Still not sure whether they'll be returned as I tend to like them a tad looser these days as I am a bit over tight clothing. The fabric is that gorgeous thin type from J Brand making them multi-seasonal, more comfortable and versatile.They're also a great neutral tone for winter and spring. Excellent fit, great colour - very cute.
