The leather is soft but the size is just way too small. I did try the shoes of size 6,5 in TB outlet so I ordered the same size expect it to be the same. But when I wore it once, my feet were all hurts. Hopefully it gets better after few times wearing. Overall I'm still satisfied with the shoes and will buy more in bigger size.
