I'm 1.62m and usually wear size 24 for True Religion, Sivvy, Miss Sixty & G-star jeans. This is my first pair of Marc by Marc Jacobs jeans. I bought size 24 and it's true to size. This rise is just right and the material is light, stretchy & comfortable. The only issue is the flap on the fly won't sit down straight. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this.
