Almost perfect...
This is the "almost perfect" bag for every day use. I'm picky about my bags, especially the functionality. I purchased it in black and the quality of the leather is good. Wish there was more of a drop in the top handles because when I wear it with my winter jacket, the purse slips off my shoulders. It's also a little bit larger than I had hoped for. The shoulder strap is thin and I have unwrapped it for over a month, but there are still bends in it from the packaging so it looks awkward. One major thing that's missing is the fact that it doesn't have a top zip but a magnetic closure at the top. Living in and visiting cities and other countries makes me paranoid about pick-pocketers and the risk of everything falling out of my bag if it tilts over on the ground. If this had a secure top closure, it would be perfect! Was contemplating returning it but started wearing it and it grew on me. Glad I kept it, it will last a long time.

Not my favorite OTK boot
I really wanted to love these but the quality of the leather disappointed me so much, I had to return them. I ordered the black in 6.5 and they fit perfectly with a little room to spare the wear thicker socks. I'm on the thinner side and the boots were a little snug over jeans. Also, the straps on the back were just a little too much detail for me. On the plus side, they are incredibly comfortable. There is a crepe rubber sole that provides good traction. I'm about 5'5" and these were the perfect height. If it weren't for the quality of the leather, I would have kept these.

Comfy winter boots
For years and years I called these "Fuggs" since they just aren't the cutest shoes and make people look like they are wearing onesies or marshmallows on their feet. I finally tried on my sisters and realized I couldn't go a Chicago winter without them. Especially perfect when needing to slip something easy on to take the dog out in the middle of a snow storm. Lacking a little bit of traction but they last. Usually take a 6.5 in shoes and had to size down to a 6. Going on year two after beating them to death last year. Might have to invest in more and excited that Uggs came out with different styles this year!

Beautiful dress
Another absolutely beautiful dress from DVF. I have to worry about sizing sometimes but the "0" fit true to size. I was worried about the length but it is the perfect length. Like the reviewer below, I was worried about the dress being too sheer but it is layered except for the sleeves so no worries about it being 'see through' or having to wear a slip. Love the color and pattern. Leave it to DVF to create a super flattering shirtdress. Can't wait to wear it out!

Very large!!!
I am on the petite side and a size "0" usually fits me. I don't know if the sizing is off but this dress was swimming on me. The elasticized waist didn't even touch my waist so it looked like a bag on me. I even tried cinching the waist with a belt but it was not flattering. Too bad because the print and the dress is cute but it is not worth full price. Not sure if this is true for all Madewell products or if this dress was mislabeled but I have never had a "0" swim on me. They seem to run a couple sizes big.

Caved in
I think these are over-priced for a trendy item and pray that they are in style next year. That being said, they are totally worth it. I always wear heels because my legs are on the shorter side but these must be magic pants because they manage to make my legs look flattering with flats. Has a little bit of a stretch and are very comfortable.

Flattering, just watch out for the skirt
Beautiful dress. The beading on the bib makes the dress stand out and I received a lot of compliments when I wore it. The navy fabric is flattering and has a slight sheen (not tacky). Wish the dress had pockets though. Dress ran a little large. I'm 5'5" about 105 and the XS was a little large but since you can tie the waist, it was an easy fix. Just be careful on a windy day. I had to pull the skirt down to make sure it didn't fly up!

Not what I expected
Super cute boot but not what I expected. The leather is soft and the boot is slouchy. If that's the look you're going for, I would recommend it but since I'm pushing 30, I'm looking for pieces that are better investments. On the plus side, it runs true to size and seems comfortable, also hits leg at a flattering height below knee with the angle of the top, and definitely enough room to tuck your jeans into. Unfortunately, just not the look I'm looking for and was a bit too slouchy and baggy around my leg. The search for the perfect 'cognac' boot continues...

Boho chic
I wore this recently to an event and never received so many compliments! It's a flowy dress that stands out from the run of the mill LBD. I'm about 5'5" and 105 and the XS dress was a little large on me but the over-sized look added to the charm of the dress. If you're not afraid to stand out, I would recommend this dress to channel your 70's/boho chic vibe!
