I bought these referring to my European shoe size. They are actually smaller than I expected although they fit. These are for people who have narrow and skinny feet, so I was lucky that these fit. The heels are a bit higher than what the site said (4.75 minus .75 platform so they are 4 inch heel) because they felt like they are more than 4 inch. Still, these are fabulous and my friends loved them even though I need to get used to them.
