The strap on my Rocco bag broke within a year of purchasing it and after sending it back to be repaired 5 months ago I am still waiting for my strap to be sent back. Originally I was told it would be 4-6 weeks. I've sent countless emails asking where my strap is and when they do decide to reply I never seem to get a straight answer back. Great bag but almost not worth dealing with the customer service when the bag busts.
