I could not understand why this ring was labelled as having no size, so sent an email query Advice was : The inside of the band is adjustable, which is why it is listed as one size. You would be able to adjust it to the size you need. I hope this is helpful! Please let me know if you have any additional questions. The ring is small- obviously only made for a small finger & the adjustable band moves marginally, if at all Although it looks ok on my small finger it is uncomfortable & more the point not what I bought it for disappointing to say the least
