i wear 8-38 ; when i received a size 8 it was labeled 39 which is incorrect and was running full size big. i contacted the customer service for return and they advised me that the shoe was running half a size bigger. seeing the label i ordered 7 to receive 38 and returned the first shoe. the second shoe was 37.5 and was small for me. now i had to pay 65 usd to return a 65 usd shoe ??? i wouldnt expect such poor service from shopbop

its hard plastic - would prefer a nice rubber item... still nice though marc is the king of the cool !
