This dress is gorgeous, however you will need fashion tape. Nothing can show that much skin and magically adhere to your bodily. The waist does run very small relative to the bodice. I am 5'7", 110 pounds, 32A. I wear a size 27s in jeans, always size 0 or 00 on top. The 0 however was not just a little snug on me but impossibly snug, like practically couldn't zip it up and had to pray whilst exhaling every bit of air in my lungs snug. The 2 fits in the waist but up top, my A cups are like, "What do you want from us? We can't fill this." In comes fashion tape to save the day. As long as I don't plan on doing much bending or breathing (which come on, one can never do anyway in a really great gown), it looks amazing. Oh, the hem is super long. With 5" heels I can *just* get away with not hemming it. Summary: order a size up, buy fashion tape, and allow time for hemming if you are shorter than 5'7" and don't plan on wearing 5" heels
