When I initially received the bag (which was very quick and extremely well packaged) I thought it was a lot larger than it had appeared in the images online. For a few days I didn't even use it because I was contemplating sending it back. However, as soon as I threw it over my arm, I was sold. It is extremely comfortable to throw over your shoulder. I also like the way the sides fold in, which gives it a different shape to when it is zipped up. Very happy with purchase and quality design.
