I'm so glad I made the decision to buy this bag and especially in this size. I'm 5f 4" and this bag is just the right size tote for me. The handles are long enough to carry the bag on my shoulder. It's well made and can fit quite a few items. Ordered it on the Friday and it arrived in Sydney on the Monday morning. How's that for service!! And with the 20% off promotion that ran last week, I scored myself a wounderful bargain.
