Ordered these from the UK and took a bit of a risk, but they arrived within 3 days and they fit like a glove. I have a high instep and have trouble with ankle boots, but the cut made them very easy to put on. I think they are great quality and I've had plenty of positive comments about them. They're extremely comfortable and not too high for every day use (I'm 5'10" and don't want to feel like a giraffe on the school run). Not that I needed to use them, but the returns looked very straightforward with preprinted labels etc and it was free. I feel very confident about any future orders.
