Straps way too long; made of cording not leather. Front pockets flop open, spilling contents. Cinch tie for top was only two strips of laminated suede, which frayed within one week. Lining of top closing flap cut incorrectly, causing it to wrinkle. I took this to a leather shop and basically remade the backpack to address all the problems listed here. Instead I should have just been smart, saved my $, and returned it. Two stars because the quality of leather on the body of the backpack is nice. Hopefully they won't be restocking these junkers.
