The leather is raw and seams are unfinished. I was expecting more for the price. It's not a polished leather and tends to smell a little gamey. It's a little slouchy so don't be deceived by the picture, it doesn't hold it's nice shape. But overall a good utility every day bag. Nice deep brown color.
