Chose the brown for a gift. However, turn out to be darker than I expected. Look old and like those discarded items. The surface was also indented with the orange security tag, could of been more careful with the wrap, really make the purchase experience worse. Usually my buys from here is ok but am very disappointed with this. Am returning, scare to change and get another colour now. Shop bop should allow exchange of same item but in different colour. Now I have to return and purchase again if I want another in different colour which is kind of putting me off from purchasing again for this item, once Bitten twice shy.

Smaller than what I wanted but still roomy enough to put my stuffs and I do have many stuffs. For the quality and design, it is a very good buy. Am happy with this. A friend enquired about the bag and wanted me to buy for her too. And the brand is not too common here yet, so it means that you will not see others carrying the same bag as you, like the other American brands of bag commonly found here .
