This bag is cute looking and the size is perfect for me. However, the chain is unreasonably heavy and really hurt my shoulder a lot. I got bruise on my left shoulder! Since I cut the tag already, I cannot return this bag. But I wont use it very often specially when I there is a long walking distance.
