I really love this bag because it's stylish. I am short in stature, so this size fits me well. Bag is even more beautiful "in person." The picture doesn't quite do it justice. The strap has the perfect length for me, but since it's not adjustable, it can be an annoyance to some people of different heights. Another reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the zipper doesn't zip all the way to the end as the seam is too bulky preventing it to do so. Otherwise, a very stylish purse for me as I work in the fashion industry!! :0)
